We want to make sure you get your favorite gear as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.95 USD on all orders under $99 USD.

- Free Standard Shipping: On ALL US orders of $79 USD or more.

2. Production & Delivery Times Because our products are custom-printed just for you when you order, our delivery timeline is split into two parts:

 - Production Time (Fulfillment): It takes 2 to 3 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your item.

- Shipping Time (Transit): Once shipped, delivery via standard carrier (USPS/DHL) usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 8 business days from the day you place your order.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during high-volume holiday seasons. You will be notified if we expect a significant delay.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is printed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track your package's journey live.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if it gets lost in the mail, please contact us immediately at hello@dump-the-orange.com with your order number (and clear photos of the damage, if applicable). We will gladly arrange a free replacement for you.
