Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made-to-order specifically for you, we do not maintain an inventory of pre-made goods. Therefore, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as:

- Buyer's remorse ("I changed my mind")

- Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing/printing error, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of physical delivery at hello@dump-the-orange.com.

To process your request, please include the following information in your email:

     1. Your Order Number.

     2. A brief description of the issue.

     3. Clear, high-quality photos of the
         damaged/defective product showing the issue.

     4. A photo of the shipping label on the package.

Do not send items back to the manufacturer without prior authorization. Once we verify the damage or defect via the photos provided, we will immediately initiate a replacement order or process your refund to the original method of payment.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If an order is lost in transit and the tracking details confirm that the package has been lost by the shipping carrier, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Right of Refusal & Fraud Prevention

Due to the satirical nature of our products, we strictly monitor for bad-faith purchases and coordinated return attempts. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds in any case of suspected fraudulent activity, intentional sabotage, or violation of these terms.
